Boys Weekend Information
- Review your teams' schedules closely for any changes that may have occurred
- We had to make a few bracket changes from team drops that affected some initial schedules
- If you notice any coaching conflicts, please send me an email with the following details:
- team names of all teams you coach
- age group and division they are in
- If you have not submitted your team's documents for approval, these are required prior to participating. Please email them to us at this address for review
- If you have submitted your documents, but have not received an approval email on your team's check-in documents, please email the documents to me here and our team will work to get your team approved for this weekend

With divisions for all levels of play from Classic to Elite, the Ultimate Cup will host games Saturday through Sunday and features top-class facilities with access to some of the nation’s best natural grass playing surfaces as well as numerous synthetic turf fields.

Hotel Information:
To ensure the quality of service provided at the Ultimate Cup, the tournament has appointed Anthony Travel as the official hospitality service of the tournament. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Anthony Travel to ensure their place in the 2023 Ultimate Cup. Any teams that do not comply will be a risk of forfeiting their acceptance.
By using Anthony Travel as our booking service the Richmond Strikers and the Jefferson Cup can offer our "Act of God" Clause. Should the event be canceled prior to 6:00 PM day of arrival for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, all unoccupied reservations covered under our "Act of God" will be released at no charge: (1) If event is cancelled prior to 6:00 PM day of check-in, no penalty will be assessed; (2) If event is cancelled AFTER 6:00 PM day of check-in, all reservations are subject to a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax; (3) For occupied rooms, a check-out of 11:00 AM the following day is required to avoid further charges.
